  • How long will my appointment with my ophthalmologist take?​​ It depends on the diagnosis and how busy the office is, but expect the following:​​

    • 2 hours

      • ​Cataract evaluation

      • Gla​ucoma evaluation

      • Eyelid Procedure evaluation​​

    • 1 hour​

      • Most new patient visits​

      • SLT (patient will return for eye pressure check after lunch...no lunch provided)

    • 30 minutes​

      • Eye pressure check​

      • YAG capsulotomy​​​​

  • What shall I bring to my ophthalmology appointment?​​​

    • Medical insurance cards​

    • Photo ID (Driver's License)

    • These completed papers. Instead of writing your medications, you may bring us a list to copy

    • Your calendar, if we might be scheduling surgery.

    • Your insurance co-pay.

    • If you do not have insurance coverage, payment is due at the time of service.
